Introducing our newest member, The Curator.

Initial Ideas

The first idea for these fellas is that they are librarian with humble gesture but ready to protect what's important in the time of need.

I also wanna add Thai Elements to them cause there are many aspects of Thai Design That I wanna see more.

First Ideas

Some History in the Robe Design

I insert some Thai elements into their design with the Jong-Kra-Ben (โจงกระเบน), A Thai Tradition Pants that are one long piece of clothes wraps around the waist and between the legs. Also added Bronze Accessories around their horns and neck to evaluate the sense of Prestige and Mythical, like some depictions of Angel and Guardians in Thai Culture.

Rough Subject sketch

The Highlight that I want to put in is the Translucent White Robe that they wore. My Reference is that of the Robe that Graduated from University in Thailand wore when they go to the Graduation Ceremony and a Traditional Robe for Court, Minister or Councillor in the Palace in Old Thai Period.

It symbolized as Honor and Graduation. I'd say, they fit my descriptions of Curator the most!

Bits of Lore

This next part is a sample of flavor texts or lore of these dragons I'm making.

For they would seek to protect and curate our most treasure element in our Kingdom, The Archive.

It contains many of our legacy, arts and stories of the yore. Tales of adventures and companions that would soon be told through time to newer generations.

Special Garments and Records would be handed out for them when they first joined the crew.

I would like to write these flavor texts more, to add more depth into this world that I'm building.
